I'm 4 weeks post-op following a breast reduction and abdominoplasty (after losing 100 pounds over 5 years). My doc says it's safe to exercise my arms and legs, but not to lift anything over 10 lbs, and do not strain my chest or abdomen for 2 more weeks. Besides walking, what are some safe exercises I can start now that would target my thunder thighs, firm up my glutes, and define my upper arms? I really want to slim down and tone up my thighs most of all, and I'm ready to get on it. :) I do not have any home exercise equipment other than an elliptical.
