Hey All!
I'm new to the site and thought I would say hello :) I'm a 23 year old student soon to be in the professional world as a music teacher. For years I've wanted to be "the hot exotic girl in a bikini" but it hasn't happened yet. THIS IS THE YEAR IT'S HAPPENING. Two years ago I got a huge ego boost when I dropped from a size 14 to 12 to 10 where I have remained. Well, it's time to cross into the single digits and drop this extra fat! I want to be in a bikini by.... well, like yesterday haha. I can use all the support I can get!

hi I just joined, but im in the same situation. Im 18 and im sorund 173 lbs but im 5"8 so i dont look that bad but im considered to be over weight. I have told myself for the past couple years that im going to loose weight and look and feel good, but that hasnt happend. Although i recently just went from a size 14 to a twelve i,like you, want to go into the single digits. My goal is to be happy by july cause i just got a peircing and cant swim till then, so im here for ya and maybe we cn help eachother through this!!!

Hey there! We def. are in the same situation. We can TOTALLY do this. I'm a little worried about being busy because i'll be student teaching all day every day and working on the weekends, but I really want to do this. :)

All - here is the deal. Starting is the hard part. Once you start seeing the change or buying smaller clothes it REALLY motivates you. Just as Hammie has noticed. Print out these workouts and DO IT. STICK TO IT. Once you get into the groove you will feel so guilty if you skip.
