I am new to exercising and I have a couple of very basic questions. I have filled out my profile and I have been given a set of exercises to work on. I am supposed to do 4 sets of each exercise.

Am I supposed to do all the sets for one exercise before I move on to the next exercise, or do I do each exercise once, then start the second set?

Is there a way to find out what stretching exercises should be done prior to each type of exercise I am doing?
