First off, congratulations! Your new self starts today.
#1. Look at your diet. Cut the high fat junk food out, replace with fresh fruit and veggies. Eat more whole grains and beans ( great sources of protein without the fat). Drink plenty of water, it will help flush the funky stuff from your body.
#2. Create a workout plan. Decide if you want to workout at home or a gym.
#3. Don't get discouraged. Health and fitness is a lifelong choice. Stick with it and you will see results.
#4. Find a partner, either online or offline, that you can be accountable to. They can motivate you and keep you focused.
