Hey guys! I just recently joined this forum, and I really want to be able to do a ton of sit ups (and get a six pack) and a ton of push ups really fast, but I have a hard time motivating myself. What are ya'll's (I'm a Texan) way to motivate yourself? I know getting a friend is always a good option, but I don't really have a schedule for each day - it's all kind of random.

I do know a ton of workouts that I can do without weights -I even wrote an article about it http://hubpages.com/hub/Working-out-with-no-weights . I was just wondering how you consistent people keep it up.
