Between 2005 and 2006 I used freetrainers and lost 45 lbs. Then I fell off the workout wagon and went through some tough emotional times. Now I'm back determined to lose the 45 lbs again. I know I can do it - exercise, healthy diet, repeat - but I know its going to be harder because of my schedule and my age. But I'm determined to lose at least 30 lbs by September.
