I use weights and kettlebell to build more muscles. How do you come up with the weight to use? I have been am doing barbell presses and deadlifts of 60 lbs for a really long time. When is it time to move up?

you move up a little at a time. as your body gets used to moving a lighter weight, move up to a slightly heavier one.
