I work out currently for 3 hours a day, 1 yoga, 1 cardio, 1 combo or pilates. If i want to maintain, should I ease off....Can I eat the same diet.... I want to maintain...

Sounds like you may have an unrealistic workout regimine to follow. Have you been doing this much for long?
I am guessing you mean to maintain body composition/weight?? This will have more to do with calories. Quailty calories in correct amounts with some physical activity sprinkled in will in fact be the key to maintaining.
