Because I am currently on Maternity leave and don't have a gym membership, I opted for the Home training program which I am going into my 3rd week of. Anyway, I wanted to "up" it a bit but realize that doing the home training program doesn't give any versatility...I tried changing my exercise goals to the "tone and weight loss" but that starts to incorporate the use of a gym...is this my only option? How can I get more of a challenge doing the at home program? Thanks Moniquen(Mon)
You can always insert on your own some extras sets or reps or both if you feel what you are doing is not enough. Even add a couple exercises if you like. Be careful though, pregnancy is a good time to exercise they say, but also a time to be smart. Good luck.
oops maybe i should clarify i have already had the baby-a girl-now 9 months but my maternity leave is for a year...(hence the baby boom we are now experiencing)...i have 2 and a half months left of leave before i return to work and want to get the last 10 pounds (if not more) off...sorry for the confusion but thanks for the advice bb1 Mon.
