hi brand new to this. does anyone wish to help and support, possibly exchange tips and compare weekly / monthly weight lose to motivate?

I'd like to. I'm on my 2nd week, and could use some motivation myself. Let's get our fitness on!

Thanks for that, Day 1 today. i'm starting at 202lbs. target 180lbs. not quite set a time yet, but i do think 2 -3 lbs per week more than achievable. cheers davie

2-3 lbs per week with only 22 lb weight loss desired might be overdoing it. I'd shoot for 1-2 lbs myself to avoid losing muscle mass. Good luck to both of us!
