hi i am new to exercise and i dont know how the sets work in your programe. My 1st exercise is 1 set of 15 pushups
2 sets of 15 pushups and 3 sets of 12 pushups and than 4 sets of 10. I dont know how to do this set thing

The "sets" in the workout are:
Set 1: 15 pushups (this completes a set)
Set 2: 15 pushups (this completes a set)
Set 3: 12 pushups (this completes a set)
Set 4: 10 pushups (this completes a set)
Continue this pattern with the rest of the exercises.
