Hi I am Deepak Bisht, I joined this forum to gain knowledge about how can I gain weight and can increase my biceps. My height is 5feet 11 inches but weighing only 57 kg, age 22 years and biceps only 11", can go for any kind of food.I am a good athlete, played cricket and football from college team, good at running. I am totally fit but unable to increase my weight.

Provide me with some useful suggestion.....

eat eat eat eat and eat some more :)

at least thats what they say. im was a skinning lad once and i found doing full body workouts 3 times a week concentrating on compound exercises worked best for me....

eat healthy fats and proteins of course.
eat chicken, and if pork/beef, try and have less fat as possible. but yes...eat eat eat. you need increase in calories.

if you want to get more muscular (appearance wise), you should do many reputations with comfortable weight.
