Heey
im 15 and im wandering how to get bigger and more muscly.
currently i am 6ft and 62kg and want to gain muscle

i am considering to take muscle gain supplements.
would you reccomend that?
and what would you reccomend for me pleaase

To gain muscle:
Start off with light resistance training: yoga or pilates with a stretchy band, walking with 4 lb weights attached to your legs and arms, etc.
Then start doing heavy resistance training: lift weights, more than 10 lbs, every other day.
