So I lost a LOT of weight in the past. But I can NEVER get past 160 pounds. I do not know why. I have always eaten healthy, don't drink anything but water. I walk a lot, go running, jogging, do HIIT, do a lil bit of strength training. But I'm at 162 pounds. I need an extra boost I guess, but idk what the boost needs to be. My goal right now is to get to 150 pounds. Or just to 155. I will be one happy camper if I just get below 160! My long run goal is to weigh 135...I'm also 5'11". So I have around 27 pounds to go. I'd be happy with just 20 pounds. I need someone to help me with a diet plan or workout plan? It's really appreciated. Thank you!!!

Why dont you try limiting your rest periods in between sets. This way you will keep your heart rate up which should result in more calories burned. Also, dont go too light with the weight...try to pick a weight where you can do 15 to 20 reps..if you find you can keep going after that many reps your weight is too light. Do cardio before you weight train as well. Hope this helps

I think we need a definition of healthy eating... one can eat healthy food but either get too much or not enough... why, at 5'11" do you want to be 135 pounds? Are you male or female. Your profile has no information in it at all.
