I was just wandering when is best to exercise, and how long before and after a workout I should eat etc. If anyone has any advice, please let me know!!
whenever it fits best in your schedule. I have to exercise on my way to work. If I wait until the end of the day, I am too zonked to give it my full effort. Most guys I know are just the opposite.
