I have a milestone birthday coming up in October and feel that it is time for me to get it together. I have been overweight most of my adult life with intermittant bouts of weight loss for a short period of time. The weight that I feel the best is around 135 and I am at an all time high of 180--alot of weight on a 5'2" frame. So...any support is appreciate.
