My personal fitness goals are : 1) start exercising 2) eat healthier and in moderation 3) build muscle tone 4) lose weight 5) increase stamina 6) better overall health. My personal achievments are: 1) lose 20 lbs 2) breathe easier 3) better muscle tone and definition 4) no more baggy tshirts.
