Is doing all your muscle groups every second day just as beneficial as doing upper one day, then lower the next then rest? What is a good way to approach the whole upper/lower/cardio thing? :)
A split is usually always better. You can focus much more intensity on muscle groups when you only have 2 or 3 to do rather than 6 or so. Plus, it will give your nutrient intake more of a fighting chance to produce growth, does not have to try to replinish every muscle in the body. And another added benefit is more rest, you probably won't feel as fatigued. Try it!! Good luck.
