I want to know if I do cardio on the treadmill in the morning for 1 hour, can I come back in the evening and do weight training? I walk on the treadmill on an incline of 13% @ 2.8 mph. Will I cause more damage or is there any benefit for splitting the workout?

There is nothing wrong with your program. In fact, doing your cardio in the morning will rev your metabolism some for the day,and you should be plenty recuperated by the evening for your weight training. One thing you may want to think about, 1hr. is a tad long. May be better served by upping the intensity for a shorter duration. Are you trying to gain? It will really go a long way toward us helping you if you fill out your profile. We can get a better idea of your goals.
