Eat right... Do sit ups push ups go on runs or walks (running is better). Running is prob most important because it builds u leg muscles gives you a cardio work out and burns calories but still do strength training... Eat breakfast because it helps give a jump start to your metabolism which helps you burn calories faster. :)
