I'm a 26 year old from Ontario, Canada. In the last two years, I've lost 75lbs... and have kept majority of the weight off... give or take 5 to 10 lbs flex. Everyone always asks how I did it, and it was a combination of good and bad habits. I changed my diet and worked out a couple times a week. I didn't go to the gym, but started jogging.
My issue now is that everything is soft. My stomach still has a lot of fat in it and sort of hangs. My arms and legs too are soft... and I know it's because I didn't incorporate any weight training to tone up. Also how fast I lost the weight probably has a lot to do with that.
But I won't give up. I would like to lose another 10-20lbs (I'm sitting at 130lbs at 5"1 tall)... any suggestions to how I can accomplish this... so I can finally be happy with the weight I have lost... and not constantly hating my body would be much appreciated.
