I'm new here & so far I'm really liking this plan. I think I can manage all of it & I think I'll be able to do great. I have trouble with eating because I love eating junk food & I also have had motivating myself even though my gym is less than 5 minutes away. I really want to change my body for the better & I want to be happy & healthy. I hope this works.:)
