Recently joined - looking to improve my fitness level. Have been out of the gym for over year so have piled on some extra pounds - need some advice on how to lose weight and tone up!!
WORK OUT ALL YOU CAN ON YOUR SPARE TIME EVEN Though it will start to hurt if you haven't started already...and diet lots that way the dieting will make you loose weight and the working out with max the muscle and loose the weight or turn the weight into muscle i mean the fat to muscle...200 sit ups a day with a side of 500 crunches with a piece of 300 push ups... :)
