I am new to this site and everything. Help me out here. I got my list of exercises and reps and such. and on some exercises, it is telling me to do 20 reps. but i read on the body type and genetics page, under ectomorphs (my class), that i should be doing high weights and low reps. SHoud i stick to schedule i got from the site or should i change it and do less reps (how many)?
