In the fitness plan is will not let me click on anything but home workout , I wanted to lose weight and get healthy. Any suggestions

Running is my poison! It tones up everything. I run for 45 to 60 minutes a day 5 days a week on my treadmill, with an incline. But you can ru/ outside too, I know not everyone has a treadmill. I drink plenty of water and I watch what I eat. Running is also a great way to destress yourself....when I run, I feel like I can do anything and so can you! :)
