Hi I'm new here.
I'm 30, male, 173 cm , started at 94 KG.My fitness was terrible.
My main goals are to lose weight & improve my fitness.
I started a diet program and joined a gym last week. I'm already seeing improvement. I lost 2.5 Kg in my 1st week & my fitness is much better.
I would like to ask 2 questions:
1- Should I do my cardio before or after my weight lifting session?
2- I'm interested in aerobics. Can I have an aerobics session & a weight lifting session on the same day? If so, which should I do first?
