Ive been struggling with this for nearly a year now. I don't really know what "this" is. I haven't spoken to anyone about it and nobody knows about it. I don't count calories or grams of fat. I don't eat at all or hardly andything and I exercise almost compulsively everyday and yet I still haven't lost any weight. I have also cut myself.
What should I do?
Frankly, you should see someone about this... I'm serious... the help you need may not actually be found here. This may be a good starting point to get you to have the problem addressed, though.
