Hello everyone. I am new here. I am just trying something new for weight lost. I'm a little nervous as I have tried diets before and fail miserably. But I'm ready for a fresh start.:)
Do you like nutritional shakes at all? When I was first starting my weight loss journey I noticed that it really helped to add in nutritional shakes on a daily or at least every other day basis. The trick is finding good shakes and recipes.
