Can I substitute dumbbells for barbell?

kneedshelp Posts: 6 Joined: 2011/10/19	2011/10/19, 05:09 AM So, I'm new here.As a matter of fact, i Just started today. The program that I got requires a barbell for it to be performed. However, I train at home and I only have dumbbells. Can i substitute dumbbells for barbells?
