I tried to include my fitness goals and personal info in my profile but it doesn't seem to be taking the entries.
I've been lifting weights on and off for the last 12 years or so with no real direction, I wanted to become a member of this community for the motivation and focus I feel is available through interacting with others in the same boat.
This time around I want to do things right and use a documented program and diet plan so I have setup my profile and will be starting this afternoon with Day 1 of my plan. I joined the local snap24 hour fitness gym by my house so I have no excuses since it's right by my house and they are open all day/night.
My current goal is to drop about 20lbs. of fat and gain muscle by focusing on recoposition, not just cutting or bulking. I have never really implemented cardio into any of my training and feel like this time I will see real results since I know it's vital to obtain my goals... enough ranting I just figured I would stop in and introduce myself. Thanks for all your doing with this site, only if I had found it about 10 years sooner.
