I need t o grow my biceps..

I'm 21 yrs old.. Height 5.10.. weight 72.5.. Waist 33".. chest 41" (around).. shoulders 19.5" to 20".. Biceps 14.5" (when pumped)...

now what i want is huge biceps like 18" or may be 20" so what do i need to do plz specify the weight too.. and one more question.. i think my body is not in proper shape.. its like a miss match.. id it??

The fastest way to bigger biceps is to get bigger all over. Your proportions are fine. Biceps make up about 1/3 of your upper arm. 2/3s of it is triceps. Look up triceps at the bottom of the page on fit buddy.

For every upper arm exercise you do, do a dead lift and a squat. Not what you want to hear but it's the best advice you'll get on growing your biceps.
