I am new to this site and am starting my exercise plan this week. I am currently a stay at home mother of a 2 year old and a full time student. I am weighing in at 255 pounds and am not happy at all with my body. My ideal weight is 160. I am ready to loose but not modivated. I think I am motivated when I see a body I want but than I loose that stamina. I would love to have a partner via email. Someone I can talk to who is in the same situation (weight wise). And I would also be there for that person to talk to. I hope to hear from someone.:)
