Newbie with fitness plan question

I am a newbie to this site and am curious as to what the Pro status offers. Also, I am overcoming injuries due to an accident in May 2011 so I can't do certain exercises. For example, I can do seated leg curls but I can't do lying leg curls and my doctor suggested I do squats as opposed to seated leg lifts. Is there an option to change an exercise in my fitness plan?

In the pro plan there are more opotions including an option to swap exercises with suggestions.

The Pro status is no longer a feature as everything is free now!  You now are able to choose from several different exercises in your new fitness plan.  Good Luck with your recovery!
