Hi I am Kathy 55 and what else can I say.Some how after the age of 50 gravity took over. I am now heavier then I ever was. I am on plan at work that pays me to loose weight. I just can not stand the 12 weeks of the same exercises over and over. So, I went searching and here I am. I live on the eastern plains of Colorado on 40 acres. Not much to do in the winter but I do get out to run and use my bike trainer. Looking forward to a great run thanks for listening.
Wow pays you to workout - now that is motivation! Switching it up will keep you fresh and interested in excercise. There are lots of different plans here so take advantage of it and change it up whenever you start to get bored. Remember to keep increasing your intensity to keep seeing results!
