anyone is but i need more motivation. one thing is wanting the other is doing.
soo i have been in diets and have gone to gyms, i lose weight quickly.. but i just lost that drive to want to diet again and exercise.
So in reality i just don't know how to start where to start what i can do etc..
Strongly recommend Starting one choice at a time. Try getting. Ack in the gym for at least 15 minutes a day. Once you get that happening, the rear will fall in place. Good luck, and we are here to help.
