Hi there, george asked em to join this group because I too have been dealing with an eating disorder. trust me i know what you alll are going through. binge eating, not eating, purging, i have done it all and i hated it. I have found ways to control it... since i have just gone through one of the worst break ups ever... i didnt want to eat and when i did i binged and purged it made me feel even worse about myself. sooo i worke out every day. i do 50 workouts and 2 sets of 30 each exercise. i know most would say that its not healthy but tyrust me its better then starving myself or eating too much. soo yeah my advice to beat is to workout! like never before. you can eat and still lose weight. it has worked for me and it will work for you. mezssege me if you want more advice or a plan i can help create
