Sigh. I'm sick of carrying this stomach weight around me. I have a beautiful curvy body and it's time to shape it up!

Hey Drew.. welcome to the community and thanks for sharing your introduction.

I am sure you will get the support you need here.. try joining ond of the diet groups such as:

Be sure to post specific questions so you can get some good advice.

Some basic advice for dieting is do it slowly, 1-2 pounds per week at most so avoid any type of crash diet. Increase your meals to 4-6 small portions a day instead of 2-3 large ones. And most important make a lifestyle change for the long-term..
