I'm weighing in at 210 and looking to drop about 20 to 30 pounds and have abs . I can only run outside and was looking on how long I should do cardio and what should I eat I'm tired of having this baby fat I'm looking to be 170 180 for the month of may

Hi Nick, welcome to FreeTrainers.
Losing 20-30lbs is very reasonable goal to reach. Aim for about 1 to 2lbs per week. This will take dedication, so prepare yourself mentally for the task ahead.
A good start would be to start with our home workout or bands / ball home workouts. They are currently full body type workouts with minimal rest that help with fat loss and toning. Exercise balls, bands or a set of dumbbells are very cheap, usually $5-$10 at your local stores.
Beside the increase in fitness to burn extra calories, you'll need to watch what you eat. It's difficult to offer advice as you first need to share an honest look at what you eat now.
Simple advice is to eat 5-6 small meals a day to increase your metabolism. Leave out any processed or fast foods as well as pop or energy type drinks. Increase protein, healthy fats and lower carbohydrates.

---I am 280 and am working on da same i have been jogging 2-3 times daily it has worked even though i am not consistant..if you can 3-4 times a week or more 1 to 3 hours u should be great as per a pro bodybuilder i met on vaction in ocean beach
