When I first found this page two days ago I used the body fat percentage link and found out that my bf% was only 3%. I just tried it again and it said I had a body fat percentage of 0%. Is it possible to have a bf% of 0%? Please help. I'm really confused.

Well online calculators are usually not the most accurate, get yourself some calipers or get a personal trainer to measure it for you. If you are still at 0%, then please post a pic, I gotta see this! ;)

Yikes.....something went wrong somewhere. For your info, all tose body builders you see in photos, Mr. Universe, etc, and not to forget some peoplee in this community, have a bf% around 6-8%. The average person who does not exercise is around 25-30. Get a caliper test done at the gym or buy a bf scale. Those are more accurate. And like Lumina says if it is 0, "I gotta see this" too.
Hope we helped.

Not to mention the health implications of 0% bodyfat! You would be susceptible to almost anything at this depleted state. We as competitors often get a cold or flu right before or after a comp. due to such low bodyfat percenttages and carb depletions. Your system is really down at this point.

Wow! I did the calculations too and it says I'm obese! LOL LOL I'm only 5'0" and weight 124. I'm HARDLY obese. My fat % IS 32% though! So, I can't see these calculators being accurate!
