hello my name is nicole but please call me Nic. im 24 years of age born and lived in Austrila for all my life. i married just over 14 months ago and currently stuiding for a trainee manager at Target..

the reason y im here is because i do currently weigh 87kg (apox. 193 pounds i think). i am very unhppy with myself because i have the main common thing most people suffer with "the belly fat". i know i have been very lucky beause in 2010 i fell very sick with suffering from miss treated type 1 diabeties (stuipd docs) and as if anyone has it or read up on it a symptom of Ketoacidosis is weightloss so i did end up going form a size 22 24 to a size 14-16. hoeveer i do want to tone up and loss my belly fat.

im after support encourgmet and to get to know people with my jounrey thru weightloss!

So glad to have you with us at FreeTrainers, Nic! I can hear in your voice that you are on a mission, you are determined and you WILL reach your goals. Stick with us, participate on the groups to stay connected and consider updating your FLog (fitness blog) weekly to stay true and honest with yourself.

I would suggest browsing our groups.. there are a few that have weekly weight ins and members in the same situations as you.
