I am new to this site and joined cause I wanted something that will keep me accountable for actually working out! I am looking to tone up my butt/tights and my abs! I'm not over weight but I’m looking to tone up those areas and could always stand to lose a few pounds ;) I’m 24 and don’t do a lot of physical activity I have always had a great metabolism but as I get older things are starting to change! I have been doing a Zumba class like 2 times a week every week for the last 2 months, but it’s not doing a whole lot for me. It is super fun but I don't see the definition that I’m aiming for in my tights, butt and abs! Any tips!?!? Thanks! Looking forward to starting my work out today!!! WOAPP!
Welcome to the group. What you may want to look at is doing some weight training, and I know you are thing about the hugh muscle you will get. No look at doing some light weight training to to tone up. There is some great exercise you can do and still keep a small fram. Then you may want to look at the foods you are eating also. That can play a big part due to you not workingout before you body may be shuting down and trying to stay where it is at. One thing you have to rmeber is some people are set at a certain weight and may not lose anything. Good luck and keep going forward.
