Hi, Im new to exercise and diet. i always thought about it but never commited to it. I decided to commit to it this year because I am getting older and not able to control my belly fat. I just recently quit smoking 18 days to be exact and thought it be good if I start to workout. I also joined lucille roberts and I get on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes  5 days out of the week. my eating habits are not good I skip meals and then late at night im hungry and will eat bread or crackers and go right back to bed. I need help in how to use the machines properly can not afford a PT at gym because it is too expensive.

Welcome and congrats on the new lifestyle change and quitting smoking, I know how hard that can be.  As far as machine use and formations of exercise, click on the "Exercises:" link above at the top of this page, then click "Find Exercises" on the right of that page it will show the types of muscle groups, click on whatever muscle group you would like to find an exercise for and it will bring up many different exercise along with factual information.  Exercises wil be below, just select certain ones it wil bring up how to perform it.

Good luck!

The one thing you have to do is eat. The worst thing you can do is not eat, because your body will need the fuel to carry you though your week of exercise. Remeber while looking at the programs look at the the nutrition program also. It wil help you get to the weight and fitiness you are wanting to get to. Keep the good workout going and keep logging in and talking with all about your success and the sometime low you may go though. Best of Luck and keep it up.
