Hi all! My name is Caroline and I am a new member of free trainers. I decided to join this site to not only feel better about my body, but to feel better mentally as well. I am a mom and work full time. I used to be very athletic but when I started to work full time I was unable to continue the activities that kept me in shape and feeling good. I recently joined a gym and felt like a lost puppy. I didn't know what to do or even where to start. I had a free hour of PT, but all the guy did was make me so sore I couldn't move for three days, so hence why I joined here, to get help. I look forward to feeling good again, and hopefully this is where I'll find the help I seek :)
