Hi I'm a 34 year old mother of 2 boys. My goal is to lose 30 pounds, the only reason to do it is just for me. Im really looking foward to adding exercise to my lifestyle. My biggest problem is sodas I love them. I eat pretty good. I do that for my boys but I'm tired of the same old thing. I cook at home and we don't go out to eat much at all. I'm looking foward to starting my workout today!!!
