Hi everyone. My name is savannah i am from San Antonio TX and i am 16 years old.

I have come from a ruff life. my mother left me so it was just me and my pop for the past 13 years.
I have always been bigger. in 7th grade i was 195 pounds and i was 5 ft 1.

I dont know how to loose weight and due to my familly i dont have the motivation to eat right and work out when and how i want to.

Are there anyone out there who have the knowledge and advise for someone like me to get me to my goal weight and to help me not be repulsed by my body?

First sorry to hear about your situation when it comes to your family. It will be her lost not your. You made the first important step by accepting and talking about it. Now comes the hard part doing and doing it some more even when you do not want to you will have to encourage yourself to get up and get out there and enjoy life. We all have issue with our bodies but what you are happy with not what youdfislike about your self.

I pray you have a great relationship with you dad and talk more about your feeling and the dream you want to acheive for yourself. If not talk with a close friend, family member or even  your teachers. Someone will listen and give you the encouragement you need.

Stay focus on a ideal weight you would like to be. Then take small steps to change things in your life. DO NOT do it all it once it will casue you greater pain. Change like if you drink soda quit all the soda and drink more water. Then go for walks and just increase the amount you walk over a period of time.

That is just a start. You have so much to see and experience here, keep coming back and looking and the program that are here to help you. You are one person you did not gain the weight overnight so do not get worried if you do not lost weight fast. A good amount is 1-3 pounds a week. You are beautiful inside and out and your time will shine for you. GOOD LUCK!!!
