hello, i'm Peyton and i'm new to this and i want to exercise more and start a healthier life for myself. i'm 18 years old, 5' 4" and i currently weigh 165, and i'm determined to change that, hopefully by summer, i want to lose 30 to 40 pounds. so any help would be apprecated :) but i own the Wii fit and i worked out on it yesterday and i'm sore today and i'm going to try to keep up exercising and eating healthier, as of today i'm going to cut out sugar and junk food from my diet and eat more fruit, vegetables and healthy foods. i'm currently going to an art college so i sit and draw or sit and work on my computer on projects and homework, but i only have classes two days out of the week and i'm currently jobless so i have lots of free time. but as i said i would appreciate any help any one can give me :)
Hi Peyton and welcome! Check out the free exercise programs at the link at top of this page. That will be a good start to utilize some of that free time you have. Let us know if you need help with anything and be sure to check out some of the other groups. Good luck and keep us posted.
alright :D thank you so much and this is my third day working out and eating healthier and everything and i already feel lots better and have more energy than i did :D and i am determined to keep it up and lose that 30 or 40 pounds i wanna lose and work on toning my body so i can feel better about how i look
