Hi my name is francesco i just joined the website ...i just generate my work out program to gain some muscle what id like to know is how long do i have to rest between each set,like 1min 2min 45seconds? thanks.

Which program did you use? Most of them tell you the rest time, please double check. If not, I will help you.

hi george i used "gym training workout program" and it says the number of sets and reps but no resting....and also  how  long should i keep the program for?

------so i double checked and the program that i used it didn't say how long do i have to rest between each set and exercise...the program its "gym training workout program" by the way...pls tell me how to do it...

Hi there. No problem. Rest aprox 60-90 seconds between sets. If you find that too easy then decrease that to 45-60 seconds. Follow the program as it's planned out, use your calendar view to view the day you exercise on and follow the directions.
