hi everyone!
i just joined this website and have very recently gotten back into exercising after a long haitus. I am in my mid 20's , have a small frame and am happy with my overall weight. however, i would like to focus on the following things:

-eating healthy, finding more ways to incorporate fruits and veggies into my diet. any favorite recipes would be appreciated!
-toning: particular focus on my abs, glutes, and legs. please let me know if you have any tips on toning up these specific areas (i do have access to a gym)
-working on having a better posture: pretty sure there are no medical reasons for this, but may be a result of having weak lower back muscles.

if anyone has any tips on the things mentioned above, i look forward to hearing from you :)

Hi Jcat,
Try going to the exercises page : http://www.freetrainers.com/exercise/muscles/
Simply select the muscle you are looking to work on and it will generate a list of excercise to target that specific body part.  To work on your posture, look at back and shoulders.  Try stretching these areas as well as muscles tend to tighten/shorten after time if you don't.  It adds to bad posture as well.  Remember if you are focusing on one muscle always work on the supoorting muscles as well, Ex.  If you work on abs, work on back as they work as a team to support your core.

Here's my recipe blog :

Start with bodyweight square and lunged, as well as core exercises, as cermakovia answered above.

There are no equipment routine options here.
