Hi ,Im new on this web site and i really hope i'll get a help here:-)
I would love to tell you a little bit about my self ...
I am 28 years old ,i'm 5'7 and now my weight is 155 Pb ,i gained 15 pound during a winter and all holidays :-(((But thats not my bigest problem! I am ex pro-dancer ,so my legs are pretty developed and i have a pear-body shape(small waist and fat taights and hips),since i stoped to dance i start to work out (a lot of cardio and exercises ),but i never could really loose weight as much i want ,and if i skip a gym for one week i gain weight back right the way !!!
So here is my problem : I am trying to get rid of this fat from the inside thighs (adductor muscle),but i dont want to bulk them up ,cause its not small already !
A lot of people suggest me a weight lifting ,but im not a small girl ,i have a wide bone and i dont wanna get bigger !!!
This week i started to do a high intensity cardio(treadmil 45 min ,spinning 45 min)4 days a week ,a lot of lunges with a squats 2 days a week and upper body once a week !!!
Am i doing anything wrong???
I would love to reach my weight till 140 Pb ,get a nice tone hips and keep my weight stable !!!
I eat very healthy food ,never ate junk food ,the only thing ,sometimes i finish my work late ,so i eat before to go sleep ....
Sorry for such a long write ,but i really hope to get some help from you guys ...
Thank a lot for reading me :-)))
Cant wait to get some suggestions !!!

Welcome to FT marina-53. You can not spot reduce. That means that if your thighs are carrying fat, doing exerciseing the thighs wont take off fat just from your thighs. You need to exercise your entire body, do some cardiac work and most importantly look to your diet. By all means lift and lift heavy. Women don't pack on muscle like men so don't worry about that.
May I suggest that you fill out your profile. This helps us to see your goals and you wont have to type thenm in every post. Fitness is a lifestyle change. You will need to learn proper exercise and eating habits and this is the right place for that. Join the groups hat fit you . Participate and commit.
Make your late night snack cottage cheese. It's an excellent slow release protein. Your body needs lots of protein to grow muscle. Muscle actually burns fat. Again, don't worry about packing on lots of muscle. Unless you'rer a genetic marvel, you wont.
