I am 22 years old i used to weigh 340+ pounds and now im at 290 pounds. i have Cerebral Palsy that affects my Calf muscles and i also am bow legged and flat footed. i can do basic exercises but am limited to how long i can run as well as leg mobility i can walk like everyone else but with some restrictions.
